1 July 2026 – Professor Dr. Vudhichai Parasuk, President of the Chemical Society of Thailand under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana and Chair of the Pure and Applied Chemistry International Conference 2026 (PACCON 2026), led a delegation comprising members of the Society’s Executive Committee, including Professor Dr.Supa Hannongbua, Associate Professor Dr.Waraporn Parasuk, Associate Professor Dr.Ekasith Somsook, together with representatives of Naresuan University, co-host of PACCON 2026, Professor Dr.Metha Rutnakornpituk and Associate Professor Dr.Chaturong Supaprom.
The delegation was graciously granted a Royal Audience to present loyal birthday felicitations on the auspicious occasion of the birthday anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, the Princess Royal, on 4 July 2026.
On this occasion, the delegation also had the honour of presenting a portion of the proceeds from the Pure and Applied Chemistry International Conference 2026 (PACCON 2026) to the Chulabhorn Foundation in support of its charitable missions. The Royal Audience took place at Sala Dusidalai Hall, Chitralada Palace, Bangkok.
