The Chemical Society of Thailand under the Patronage of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana is participating in the 28th International Conference on Chemistry Education (ICCE) and the 17th European Conference on Research in Chemical Education (ECRICE), held in Erzurum, Türkiye.
The first official activity of the Chemical Society of Thailand delegation during this visit was participation in the meeting of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) Committee on Chemistry Education (CCE).
Professor Dr.Supawan Tantayanon, in her capacity as a member of the CCE, attended the meeting to review the progress of international initiatives in chemistry education and to contribute to discussions on the committee’s action plans and projects for the coming year.
On this occasion, members of the Executive Committee of the Chemical Society of Thailand also attended the meeting as observers. The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, with both onsite and online participation. A total of 25 participants attended the meeting in person, while additional participants joined online from several countries.
During the meeting, the committee presented its annual report on activities undertaken in 2025 and discussed its proposed action plans and initiatives for the following year.
